My name is John D’Couto and when I create I also go by Juxy. Hailing from around Toronto, I discovered and became captivated by music at a young age. Eventually, my enthusiasm for the art form blossomed into me loving and becoming fascinated by all artistic mediums. I then developed a desire to make my own music and creative content to share with the world. Today, in addition to my profession as a registered social worker due to my passion for social justice, I’m doing just that.

With hopes of achieving something with this socially-conscious, musical, and general creative ambition, I have embarked on endeavours that include but are not limited to: being a recording artist, record producer, songwriter, sound engineer, video director, music critic/blogger, poet, as well as someone who has developed an interest in fashion and style. In the future, I plan to pursue even more ventures than those that I just mentioned without limiting what such endeavours would entail. At the end of the day, along with my occupation as a social worker, I just want to be an all-around creator who can hopefully inspire others through what I make while always being conscious of the society that surrounds me as well.
